At McPhails Furniture, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for items that do not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will help you coordinate a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers or provide instructions for drop-off at our warehouse facility.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
