Do you offer assembly services for your furniture?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled or requires minimal assembly. For items that do require setup, clear instructions are provided. In certain delivery zones, we offer a 'White Glove' service which includes full assembly and packaging removal.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new home. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Yes, all McPhails Furniture items come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Some specific collections may feature extended warranties for frames or fabrics.
